2-Room Cabins
Cabins #1, #6, and #11 all feature a separate bedroom and a living area and a full bed and a pull out couch; sleeping up to five guests. There is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and two-burner cooktop as well as a private charcoal barbeque grill and a picnic table outside. These cabins are perfect for your White Mountain getaway for multiple travelers or if you want some more space for your stay.
1-Room Queen Cabins
Cabins #2, #3, and #4 are our single-room queen-bed cabins that share one wall with an adjacent cabin. The cabins have a full bath, kitchenette, small desk, and queen bed. Enjoy your coffee on the porch or the picnic table. Cook up steaks or your own fresh catch from one of the local fishing spots on the charcoal grill.
1-Room Full & Twin Cabins
Cabin #5 features a full bed and a twin bed, sleeping up to three guests. Also featuring a three-season porch and two-burner kitchenette, Cabin #5 is the perfect way to enjoy our cozy cabins if you need more than one bed. Enjoy your coffee on the porch or the picnic table. Cook up steaks or your own fresh catch from one of the local fishing spots on the charcoal grill. Cabin #5 shares one wall with Cabin #4.
1-Room Double Full Cabins
Cabins #7, #8, #9, and #10: Cabins #7 and #8 have a conjoining door between the two that can be left closed or opened to combine the two units if you are booking both cabins. These cabins are slightly larger than the other 1-Room cabins affording a little more space to cook and move around. Featuring two full-beds the cabin can accommodate up to four people. These cabins also have their own picnic tables. Cabins #9 and #10 share one wall but do not have an optional conjoining door.
The Suite
#12 has returned as a unit to rent and we have dubbed it “The Suite”. Completely updated with new kitchen, bathroom, floors, etc. The Suite is the perfect relaxing getaway. Equipped with a queen bed in the bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa and a fold-out cot the Suite can sleep up to four. The kitchen has a full oven and stove as well as a full-sized refrigerator. The screened-in porch is the perfect place to relax and take in the fresh air while looking at the peaks of Cherry Mountain.
Features
Pool
The pool is open from Memorial Day (weather dependent) to Labor Day.
Posted pool hours are from 10:00AM to approximately 8:00PM or dark. The pool is typically open by 9:00AM, however, sometimes extra time is needed in the mornings for cleaning or addition of chemicals.
There is no lifeguard on duty, please swim at your own risk and read and obey all posted rules. Access to the pool is via the gate closest to the swingset, please ensure the gate latches behind you. Pool towels are not provided at this time, please bring your own pool towels and reserve the towels provided in your room for inside use.
Playground
There is a playground area with slide, swings, see-saw, and general play areas. Please do not allow children to use the playground unsupervised.
Barbeque grills
There are barbeque grills in front of the cabins. Cabins 1, 6, & 11 have dedicated grills and the other cabins have one grill per two cabins. Basic grilling utensils are provided in the porches of the cabins.
General property
The property is expansive with places to sit and relax and view various flowers and trees. There are views from several areas of mountains and there is plenty of room to set up yard games.
Snowmobiling
During the winter there is direct access to the groomed Twin Mountain Snowmobile Club trails from the driveway of the property. Hop on your sled right out your door and drive off!
Parking
There is dedicated parking at the cabins for one or two vehicles. There is plenty of overflow parking in the front area by the sign and we can accommodate toy haulers, snowmobile trailers, and even larger vehicles when needed.
Policies
Check-in/out
Check-in starts at 2:00PM and ends at 9:00PM. Please call in advance for any late check-ins. Check-out is by 10:00AM.
Smoking
The cabins and porches are SMOKE-FREE as well as any other interior areas such as the front desk. Any smoke smell inside of the cabins will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $100.00 with additional charges added for longer cleanings.
Quiet Hours
10:00PM until 8:00AM outside voices or other noises should be kept to a regular conversation level for the courtesy of other guests.
Fires
The fire pit is on the side of the property facing Parker Road. At this time this is the only location where wood fires are allowed. Staff are the only ones who should light and maintain a fire. If you see the fire going please feel free to stop by and enjoy it. If you are interested in a fire for a particular evening feel free to request it. The ability to have a fire will be weather dependent.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be paid in full prior to checking-in to the cabin.
All bookings must be held by a valid credit card. A $1.00 validation will be charged to the card at the time of booking. Please see our Cancellation policy below for applicable charges and refunds should you need to cancel your reservation.
A $20.00 charge will be applied for all cancellations. Date changes within the applicable cancellation windows below are considered to be cancellations and new bookings.
Cancellations over 7-days before the reservation are refundable minus the $20.00 charge (over 14-days prior to the reservation for holiday periods)
Cancellations 2-7 days prior to arrival are charged the 1st night’s stay (7-14 days for holiday periods)
Cancellations 0-2 days prior to the arrival are charged the full reservations amount (0-7 days for holiday periods)
Holiday periods are considered to be the following: Christmas through New Years day, MLK Day weekend, the week of Presidents day (Thursday prior through Sunday after), Memorial Day weekend, The week of 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, the week of Columbus Day (Thursday prior through Sunday after).
Group Rates
We do offer group discounts. We enjoy when families and groups book multiple cabins and spend their vacations at The Patio! Below are the group rates for peak season, call directly for group rates in the winter and off-season!
4 Cabins or More: 10% off the room rate
8 Cabins or More: 15% off the room rate
Call directly for booking of the entire property as special rates and policies apply!
For bookings to be eligible for the group rates they must be two-nights or greater and not during a holiday period.
Group bookings require a $20 per cabin non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The first night stay (non-refundable after this) will be charged 1-month in advance of the reservation. Group bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the reservation arrival date.
Recycling information
We kindly ask that you separate recycling and trash. At this time food waste containers of any kind are not considered recyclable, neither are plastic bags or pizza boxes. Please ensure recyclables are clean and empty.
